Of course, every fairy tale has to have a romantic moment in it that make us swoon. Disney films are loaded with them. They make our hearts dance and our soul's soar. Here are 10 of our favorite Disney animated romantic moments. What are yours? Share in the comments below.

Hercules chooses to be with Meg
Hercules
This scene takes place after Hercules is able to rescue Meg from the Underworld. As a god, he is finally invited up to Olympus and Zeus arranges for their transportation. It's the heroes return he always dreamed of. But, he realizes that, to live in Olympus, would mean he'd be without Meg. He tells Zeus, "A life without Meg, even an immortal life. Would be… Empty." And that he chooses to be with Meg. He then returns to Earth with her.

The Prince kisses Snow White
Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs
In this scene, Snow White fell under the spell of the Witch. The Dwarfs are despondent and place her on a bed in the middle of the forest. They hold vigil over her until the Prince arrives. He kisses Snow White and she awakes to true love's kiss. And the two live happily ever after.

Prince Phillip meets Aurora in the wood

In this scene, Aurora is dancing with her animal friends in the wood. She sings, "Once upon a dream." Prince Phillip, who happens by, spots the singing woman and joins in her song by replacing the animal friends pretending to be a prince. The two then waltz through the woods before Aurora has to leave.

Beast releases Belle

In this scene, Belle and the Beast just shared a wonderful dance. The two head out to the veranda and Belle wishes that she could see her father again. The Beast shows her his magic mirror which would allow her to do so. When she gazes in the mirror, she sees her father in trouble. The Beast tells her to go to her father even though this would mean he would forever remain the Beast. It's a beautiful sacrifice to make.

WALL-E meets EVE

In this scene, EVE arrives on Earth in search of plant life. WALL-E, who is used to being alone and stuck to his routine, is quite taken by her. But, she barely notices him and is often hostile toward him until WALL-E finally gets her to slow down and plays some music for her. She then becomes interested and the two start falling for each other.

Simba and Nala are reunited
The Lion King
In this scene, Simba was living the good life with his friends Timon and Pumbaa. But, one day, a female lion, hungry from her travels, hunts Pumbaa and Timon. They cry for Simba's help and he goes to defend them. Simba and the female lion face off until they recognize each other. They are long lost childhood friends. And, the two nuzzle each other. They've fallen in love.

Cinderella waltzes with Prince Charming

In this scene, Cinderella arrives to the ball late. But, when she enters, she catches the eye of Prince Charming who drops everything he's doing to meet her. The two dance as Cinderella sings "So this is love." It's a beautiful evening and a beautiful moment.

Flynn saves Rapunzel

In this scene, Flynn Rider lay dying. Rapunzel runs to his side wanting to heal him with her hair. But, he knows that she will never be safe from Mother Gothel if she still has her hair. So, before Rapunzel is able to cast her spell, he cuts her hair and sacrifices himself.

Lady and Tramp share spaghetti
Lady and the Tramp
In this scene, Lady and Tramp end up at Tony's restaurant. Tony sets out a plate of spaghetti for them and he and his associate start singing "Bella Note." The two even end up eating the same strand of spaghetti and almost kissed. Tramp then offers Lady the last meatball. Love is in the air.

Carl and Ellie at the mailbox

In this scene, we see the lives of Carl and Ellie Fredricksen played out in the "Married Life" sequence. At one point, Carl and Ellie are painting their names on their mailbox. Carl is realizes he accidentally left his hand print on it. Ellie, out of love, then puts her own hand print on the box. It's the little things that say "I love you."
