5 Hulu Shows To Binge Watch While Social Distancing

So, now that we've talked about television shows to binge and movies and documentaries to watch on Disney+, we thought we'd drift over to Disney's other streaming service - Hulu - and offer 5 shows to watch. Unlike Disney+, these shows are intended for more mature audiences.

Dollface
Dollface is just a fun show about women living their best lives in Los Angeles. Headed by Kat Dennings (Darcy of Thor fame), the cast are just wonderful. The show might not have any deep meaning, but it's delightful just seeing women being funny. I genuinely laugh out loud during every episode.

Reprisal
Reprisal is both brutal and intense. It reminds me a bit of Quentin Tarantino's Kill Bill about a woman seeking revenge for being left almost half dead. Despite its brutality, you can't help but get hooked and see where the story is going. Aladdin's Mena Massoud plays a major part in this show.

The Handmaid's Tale
Also brutal and intense is The Handmaid's Tale. It's a story about a dystopian America where women are basically treated like cattle. It's a horrible look at a future which often feels closer than we want to think it is. Elizabeth Moss is wonderful as June, the lead character in this scary drama.

Marvel's Runaways
Based on the popular Marvel comic book, Marvel's Runaways is based on the idea of what would happen if your parents turned out to be supervillains all while coming into powers of your own. While some liberties are made, the show retains the wonderful tone and spirit of the book. While the show ended with season 3, it's worth bingeing for sure!

Castle Rock
If you're a fan of Stephen King, then this is the show for you. What's interesting is that it uses characters and locales from the King books and mashes them up into their own universe. Season one and two are completely different while staying related. Lizzy Caplan as Annie Wilkes in the second season is incredibly. I really believed she was a young Kathy Bates.
