Trip Report: Tokyo Disneyland Hotel - Checking Out The Lobby While Waiting To Get Into Tokyo Disneyland (April 5, 2014)

On our last day at Tokyo Disneyland, while we arrived when we normally did, we were actually locked out of the park because it had reached capacity.  The fact that it was a Saturday topped with the fact that there was a holiday going on made it one busy day at the Tokyo Disney Resort.  So, along with many other people who were unable to get into the park, we waited it out inside the lobby of the Tokyo Disneyland Hotel.  It was actually a nice opportunity to check out the lobby as there are many fine details...

There are also a couple of carousels on either side of the lobby.  On the side that we sat on, the carousel was themed to Beauty and the Beast.

One of the coolest things in the Tokyo Disneyland Hotel lobby is this Victorian dollhouse.  At first glance, it just looks like any doll house, albeit beautifully designed.

But, upon further inspection, you notice Disney details, such as the statues of Mufasa and Sarabi (or maybe an older Simba and Nala) in the front...
