2013 Disney Dreamer Year In Review - Part 1

Today being the last day of 2013, I thought I'd spend a moment to look back at all the fabulous adventures I've had throughout the amazing year.  I was thinking I could write a review in one entry, but so much has gone on this year and there were so many fun photos to share.  So, I'm breaking it up into different parts.  That said, I'm going to try to let the pictures speak mostly for themselves with little text in between.

Alright...let's begin...

I rang the new year in with fantastic fireworks and the World of Color with two of my best friends and fellow Disney pals, Dan and Jon, from Character Central.

A few days later, Disneyland would celebrate it's first "Limited Time Magic" in Dia de los Reyes (Three Kings Day).  So, I got a chance to celebrate...

On January 11, it was the most important day of the year - MY BIRTHDAY!  And, surprise, surprise!  This year, I decided to celebrate at something that wasn't Disney.  I headed to Burbank with my cousin Rich and headed for a tour of Warner Brothers Studio!

The next day, my sister, nephews and mom came down to celebrate and we headed over to Universal Studios.  Two of my best friends, Robert and David, came to join us for lunch!

And later that evening, more family and friends joined me for a birthday dinner!

A few days later, my cousin Rich and I got to go to the media unveiling for Disney Infinity which was open to D23 members!

And later that month, I got to watch the Golden Horseshoe Revue as inspired by the original show as Disneyland had offered it as part of "Limited Time Magic."  What a great show!  I wish it wasn't just "Limited Time Magic!"

In February, I got to experience a few more "Limited Time Magic" events at the Disneyland Resort, including Lunar New Year with my friend Chris...

...and Valentine's Day where the Princes get to join their Princesses and Mickey and Minnie even got cute Valentine's outfits...

,,,and, finally, I got to see the Oz The Great and Powerful balloon floating above the Esplanade!

In March, as an Annual Passholder, I got a chance to explore the new Fantasy Faire at Disneyland.  I was one of the first Annual Passholders to enter!

Later that day, I headed to Los Angeles to watch Oz The Great and Powerful at the El Capitan Theatre with my friends David, Robert and Matt.  David and I actually got to hang out earlier and we went to Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum for wacky fun!

Later, Matt and Robert joined us at the El Capitan for the screening of Oz The Great and Powerful.  Before the show started, Zach Braff and James Franco showed up to say hello!

During Easter, Disneyland had lots of fun "Limited Time Magic."  The Easter Bunny came out to meet and Mickey and Minnie were wearing their Easter best!  Over at Disney California Adventure, Carl Fredricksen made a surprise visit wearing bunny ears.  But, the biggest surprise was that Roger Rabbit, who had not been seen in the parks in years, came out to help Rabbit, Bre'r Rabbit and the White Rabbit do the bunny hop!

Later in March, I attended WonderCon at the Anaheim Convention Center.  The two biggest thrills was when Stephen Amell from Arrow passed by me almost causing me to pass out and seeing Jordan Hembrough taping an episode of Toy Hunter!

In April, my friends David and Teri and I went to the Treasures of the Walt Disney Archives at the Reagan Museum in Simi Valley.  I am not a Ronald Reagan fan at all, but I have to say we had fun at his museum.  LOL!

Later that month, I went to Disneyland's Long Lost Friend Week.  It's always so fun when they have these events!

2013 was also the first time a Marvel attraction was added at a Disney Park - Stark Industries Presents Iron Man Tech opened at Innoventions!

And, now on to PART 2...
