May 8, 2013 - Indiana Jones Adventure: Temple of the Crystal Skull

After "Mystic Rivers," we crossed the river of the Lost River Delta to the side with the Aztec pyramids...

...and went to ride Indiana Jones Adventure: Temple of the Crystal Skull!

Before we entered, I took a picture of a couple of cast members just to remember how vibrantly bright, colorful and clean their costumes are.  They literally looked like somebody just made them and put them on them.  Plus, I liked the Japanese feel to the jackets.

With that, we were ready to enter the Temple of the Crystal Skull.  I liked how the queue was different from the one in California.  In Tokyo, obviously, the theming was Central American/Aztec inspired whereas California's is more South Asian inspired.

And, the safety video, instead of being narrated by Sallah as in California, is narrated by Paco!

The track on the ride through is identical to the one in California with some of the attraction details being themed more to a more Central American feel.  But, otherwise, it feels almost identical.  And, it all ends with this guy...

Truth be told, I'm not a big fan of the California version just because I don't like to be jostled around that much.  I don't hate it, but I don't choose to ride it all the time.  I'm glad, though, I went on Tokyo's version just to see the differences and think they did a nice job with it.

See...look...I'm having fun! :)
